Kim Harnage

Business Developer

Kim Harnage has been a valued member of the Express Employment Professionals team for two years, bringing more than 20 years of sales experience to her role in Business Development. She is passionate about building strong relationships with local businesses and helping connect employers with the talent they need to succeed.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, including her four sons and five grandchildren. When she's not working, you'll likely find her saltwater fishing, planning her next cruise adventure, or making memories with the people she loves most. Her dedication to both her clients and her community makes her an important part of the Express Employment Professionals team.

Aida Hill

Employment Specialist

Aida joined Express Employment Professionals in January 2026 as an Employment Specialist. Before joining Express, she worked independently as a resume writer and job coach, helping individuals navigate their job searches and achieve their career goals.

She is passionate about connecting job seekers with meaningful opportunities and providing support throughout the hiring process. Outside of work, Aida enjoys cooking and spending time with friends and family, often hosting meals and game nights.

Danielle Chance

Employment Specialist

Danielle has been with Express Employment Professionals for six months and enjoys building relationships with job seekers and local businesses throughout the community. She loves being part of a team that helps people find meaningful employment opportunities and supports local workforce needs.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys painting and exploring her creativity through various projects. She also values spending quality time with family and friends, whether that's trying new restaurants, attending local events, or simply enjoying time together.

Front Office Coordinator/Recruiter

Tina brings more than 10 years of experience in operations, human resources, and talent acquisition to her role at Express Employment Professionals. As Front Office Coordinator and Recruiter, she is passionate about connecting job seekers with meaningful career opportunities while helping local businesses find the right talent to grow and succeed.
