Franchise Owner

Tripp has proudly served as the franchise owner of Express Employment Professionals Valdosta since opening the office in 2014. For more than 11 years, he has been dedicated to helping local businesses find qualified talent while connecting job seekers with meaningful employment opportunities throughout South Georgia.

An active member of the local Chamber of Commerce and Valdosta First Methodist Church, Tripp is passionate about supporting the growth and success of the community he calls home. His commitment to building strong relationships and serving others has helped establish Express as a trusted workforce solutions provider in the Valdosta area.

Outside of the office, Tripp enjoys playing golf, cheering on the University of Georgia Bulldogs, and spending quality time with his family.

Jenny Templeton

Georgia Region Developer Representative

A native of Madison, Georgia, Jenny is a proud graduate of the University of Georgia. Growing up, she was actively involved in both 4-H and FFA, experiences that helped shape her strong work ethic and passion for serving others.

Today, she enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, and two dogs, Pippa and Russ. In her free time, you'll often find her gardening, baking, or making memories with family and friends. She is also an active member of Valdosta First Methodist Church and proudly serves as the Georgia Region Developer Representative for Express Employment Professionals.
