Handyman – Valdosta, GA
Express Employment Professionals in Valdosta is now hiring a reliable and skilled Handyman to support a local client with general maintenance and repair needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and solving a variety of maintenance issues.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
Troubleshoot and fix equipment and building issues
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently
Communicate with supervisors regarding repairs and project updates
Schedule & Pay
Full-time schedule (may vary based on client needs)
Pay: $___ per hour (DOE – depending on experience)
Possible overtime opportunities
Qualifications
Previous handyman, maintenance, or construction experience required
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools
Strong problem-solving skills
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor as needed
