Manufacturing Company in West Chicago, IL seeking Machine Operators to join their team!!
**EVALUATION TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY**
Pay Rate: $17.00 to $18.00 depending on experience.
Work Hours: 1st Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
Actively involved in all duties for procedures related to laminate, expose or develop an image onto circuit boards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow rout sheets
- Follow all posted procedures.
- Has responsibility for operation of laminating machines, exposing units and developers
- Able to apply photo imageable resist to a copper panel, expose dry film primary image or LPO coated image. Able to work on inkjet machine.
- Create photo tools for the printing of circuit boards.
- Copying and developing films to be used.
- Hand Lay-up artwork into multi-layer array panel before exposing film.
- Verifying films for accuracy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A high school diploma is required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Standing for long periods of time is required. No heavy lifting is expected. Exertion of up to 25lbs= of force occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dirt and chemicals.
