Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Insurance Sales Representative to help clients understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting goals, and helping customers protect what matters most.
Qualifications

Property & Casualty License required (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)

Sales experience preferred (insurance experience a plus, but not required)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and positive attitude

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and quoting platforms

Bilingual in Spanish required
