A Manufacturing Company in Aurora, IL is seeking Assemblers to join their team!!
Evaluation To Hire Opportunity
MUST HAVE ASSEMBLY EXPERIENCE
Pay Rate: $20.00
1st Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ideally already experienced in high volume metal shop floor manufacturing
• Ideally light industrial resistance spot welding experience
• Ability to work with sheet metal and insulating materials
• Previous experience in factory or warehouse setting is recommended.
• Ability to read blueprints / assembly instructions
• Ability to work under close timelines
• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Good team player
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly / production of serial parts according to print
- Individual insulation assembly jobs according to the established procedures
- Work with other members of the line or group to assemble products.
- Identify any defective items and handle according to established procedures
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment always
- Performs other related duties as assigned
