Shipping Specialist – Aurora, IL
We are seeking an experienced Shipping Specialist to join our team in Aurora, IL. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. You’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate, timely shipments and maintaining strong relationships with carriers and drivers.

6:30 AM–3:00 PM

$18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities

Perform daily shipping tasks with accuracy and efficiency

Assist with picking and packing orders as needed

Coordinate with carriers and schedule package pickups

Serve as the main point of contact for drivers arriving for pickups

Generate and prepare shipping documents for outgoing packages

Utilize FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip (experience preferred)

Maintain organized shipping areas and follow company procedures

Provide excellent customer service and communication
Qualifications

Previous shipping experience required

Strong computer skills (shipping software, data entry, documentation)

Experience with FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip Software is a plus

Ability to lift, move, and handle packages as needed

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
