Location: St. Charles, IL Area
Schedule: Monday through Friday

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Baker to join our team in the St. Charles area. 

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of products according to recipes and quality standards
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures
• Monitor product quality and consistency throughout the baking process
• Assist with inventory and ingredient management as needed

Qualifications

• Previous baking or related food production experience preferred
• Knowledge of baking methods, food preparation, and quality standards
• Understanding of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling
• Ability to obtain required food safety certification(s)
• Basic math and counting skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Dependable with a positive work ethic

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, bend, push, and pull as needed
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be comfortable wearing required uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Schedule Options

• Monday - Friday
• Saturday & Sunday
