Location: St. Charles, IL Area
Schedule: Monday through Friday

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Cook to join our team in the St. Charles area. 

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, production requirements, and quality standards
• Utilize proper cooking techniques and food preparation methods
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and storage standards at all times
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of prepared meals
• Follow portion control and inventory guidelines
• Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas
• Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Cook or in a related food service role required
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations
• Understanding of food safety regulations, proper food handling, sanitation, and storage practices
• Ability to obtain required food safety certification(s)
• Basic math and counting skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Must be able to work in a kitchen environment and wear required uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Schedule Options

• Monday - Friday
• Saturday & Sunday
• Flexible schedules based on availability
