Inventory Control & Order Picker Associate - Job Duties

• Train under the Parts & Returns Coordinator and serve as a backup for parts and returns operations when needed.
• Perform daily cycle counts and inventory adjustments to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Process returned products and assist with parts management, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
• Complete minor product assemblies and repairs, including building cane carousels and replacing wheelchair arms or legs.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment as needed.
• Support warehouse operations by serving as a swing Order Picker and assisting in multiple departments.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of inventory, parts, and warehouse areas.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
• Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and inventory control processes.
• Demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy in all assigned tasks.
