Set Up Operator 2nd Shift Located In Aurora
Assignment Timeframe: 11/1/2026 – 01/30/2027
- Training will be conducted for two weeks on the day shift (6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.) before switching to the evening shift.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Set up and operate a variety of industrial and fabrication equipment.
- Perform die changeovers as required for production.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and monitor raw material usage.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Report equipment issues, material shortages, or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
- Note: A skills test will be required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency: experience with an ERP system preferred.
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to read engineering blueprints and bills of material, and accurately use hand tools, micrometers, and calipers.
- Skilled in operating fabrication and industrial equipment; strong mechanical aptitude.
- Individual must be able to maintain production efficiency and quality standards.
- Ability to distinguish colors when required.
- Physically able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift to 50 lbs.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned.
- Adheres to all safety standards and wears PPE properly as required.
