Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Bilingual Security Officers to join a team dedicated to maintaining safety and professionalism in a dynamic workplace setting. Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol building interiors and exteriors to deter unauthorized access and ensure the security of doors, gates, and windows.

• Monitor surveillance cameras and control systems.

• Greet visitors and manage access by following proper screening protocols.

• Maintain visitor logs and issue ID badges.

• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and conflicts, and coordinate with police or emergency services when needed.

• Open and close the building daily, securing all entry points and setting alarms.

In addition to standard security tasks, this position includes managing badge access, updating staff directories, receiving mail, and occasionally supporting the receptionist desk or coordinating transportation services like Lyft or Uber.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (required for full-time, preferred for part-time).

• Valid PERC Card or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain at a post for extended periods.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer functions.

• Calm, alert, and responsive in crisis situations.

• Solid understanding of security protocols, conflict resolution, and discretion.

This position involves working closely with the Support Services team, external partners, and law enforcement to ensure the safety of everyone on-site.
