Location: Wicker Park
Pay Rate: $20.00–$21.00 per hour DOE
Assignment Dates & Hours:
Wednesday, July 29: Setup and training Hours TBD
Thursday, July 30 – Saturday, August 1: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday, August 2: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
A luxury fashion brand known for its premium apparel and elevated customer experience, is seeking enthusiastic Retail Associates to support an exclusive pop-up shop in Chicago's Wicker Park neighborhood.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
- Build relationships with customers by understanding their style and product needs.
- Share product knowledge and make personalized recommendations.
- Maintain the appearance and organization of the merchandise displays.
- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory management.
- Support the team in achieving daily sales goals while representing the brand with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in mid- to high-end clothing retail is required.
- Passion for fashion and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
