Now Hiring: Forklift Driver (1st Shift) | Metal Manufacturing
Location: Watseka, IL
Hours: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $16/hour
Do you have a steady hand and a sharp eye? We’re looking for a Forklift Driver to join a leading metal manufacturing team on 1st shift. If you’re dependable, safety-focused, and ready to put your forklift skills to work—we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing:

Safely operate sit-down forklifts to transport metal materials across the facility

Load/unload trucks and assist with production flow

Perform routine safety checks on equipment

Keep your work area clean, organized, and up to code
-
Work closely with production and shipping teams to meet daily goals
What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience operating a forklift (sit-down preferred)

MUST have a valid Driver’s License

Forklift certification a plus – or we’ll help you get it

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
