Kylee Turner is the franchise owner of Express Employment Professionals in Danville, Illinois, where she has been helping people find meaningful work and supporting local businesses since 2020. She began her career with Express as a Front Office Coordinator, gaining hands-on experience in recruiting, interviewing, and workforce development before becoming owner in January 2024.
Born and raised in Danville, Kylee is deeply invested in her community and passionate about being a trusted resource for both job seekers and employers. She believes strong businesses are built on strong people and works closely with local companies to create long-term staffing solutions that benefit everyone involved.
Outside of work, Kylee is a proud mom who enjoys golfing with her husband, coaching her daughters softball team, and watching her daughter play Hockey. Her leadership is rooted in integrity, connection, and a genuine desire to see people succeed—both professionally and personally.
