Jodi Beith

Originally from Reno, Nevada, Jodi moved to Vermilion County during high school and has proudly called the area home ever since. As the Business Development Representative for Express Employment Professionals, she is passionate about building lasting relationships and helping local businesses find workforce solutions that allow them to grow and succeed. Her approach to sales is centered on trust, communication, and genuinely understanding the needs of the people she serves. Jodi believes that strong partnerships are built by showing up, following through, and always looking for ways to provide value.

Outside of work, Jodi and her husband have been blessed to raise seven children. Today, all but one have graduated from high school or college, with one proudly serving our country in the United States Navy. Family, community, and service are at the heart of everything she does. With an incredible network of friends, family, and local business partners, Jodi is grateful to call Vermilion County home and is proud to serve the community that has given so much to her and her family.

Karma Perez

Branch Manager | Watseka

Karma Perez joined Express Employment Professionals in 2021 as a Recruiter before growing into the Office Services Division. In 2026, she stepped into her leadership role as Branch Manager, where she brings energy, passion, and a whole lot of drive to helping people and businesses succeed.

Fueled by relationships and results, Karma thrives on developing her team, partnering with local businesses, and connecting great people with great opportunities. She believes every conversation can open a new door and is always ready to tackle the next challenge with enthusiasm, positivity, and a "let's make it happen" attitude.

When she's not in the office, Karma is the proud mom of two boys, ages 16 and 2. During football, basketball, and track season, you'll find her on the sidelines cheering louder than anyone else. Whether she's supporting her family, giving back to her community, or helping others reach their goals, Karma brings the same passion, heart, and energy to everything she does.

With over 2.5 years at Express Employment Professionals, Lea brings a relationship first approach to recruiting. She believes the best placements come from genuine conversations, understanding what motivates people, and creating lasting connections between candidates and local businesses. Her goal is to help companies grow while connecting individuals with opportunities where they can succeed.

As the Office Services Recruiter, Lea partners with businesses throughout Danville, Paris, and Watseka to recruit for administrative and professional office positions. When she is not connecting people with great opportunities, she is with her husband, staying involved in the community, and usually out and about doing something social, fun, or a little last minute, whether that is a local event, a trip across the country, or just finding a reason to get out and enjoy the day.

Passionate about helping people find meaningful, long-term careers, she is committed to connecting job seekers with opportunities where they can succeed while helping local businesses find great talent. After being given the opportunity to join Express Employment Professionals without prior office experience, she saw firsthand how transferable skills can lead to success. With an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education and a cosmetology license, she is committed to building relationships with clients, expanding and helping others recognize their potential.

Outside of work, Jaidha enjoys spending time with her son and four dogs, exploring the outdoors, and trying new adventures. She also continues to do hair and runs a small business creating custom T-shirts and car decals, combining her creativity with her passion for serving the community.

As a dedicated team member with five years of experience in business and financial operations, Dillon brings strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence to Express Employment Professionals. In his role as Business and Finance Coordinator, he oversees financial processes, administrative operations, and workflow management to help ensure the office runs efficiently and effectively.

Outside of work, Dillon enjoys spending time with his wife and child, making family a top priority. He is also an avid bowler and golfer and enjoys attending racing events whenever he has the opportunity. Whether at work or in his personal life, Dillon values teamwork, dedication, and building meaningful relationships within his community.

Nathaniel "Nate" Dukes

Skilled Trades Account Manager | Danville

As the Skilled Trades Account Manager for Express Employment in Danville, Nate is passionate about connecting skilled professionals with companies where they can build long-term careers. He specializes in recruiting for skilled trades and industrial positions, including welders, CNC machinists, maintenance technicians, electricians, CDL drivers, millwrights, and manufacturing professionals throughout East Central Illinois and West Central Indiana.

What sets Nate apart is that he has lived the work he recruits for. Before joining Express, he built his career in the skilled trades, working as a MIG welder, plastics manufacturing technician, millwright, and electrician. His hands-on experience allows him to understand the technical requirements of each position, ask the right questions, and identify candidates whose skills truly match his clients' needs.

Nate believes successful recruiting is built on relationships, trust, and understanding the goals of both employers and job seekers. He takes pride in helping local businesses solve workforce challenges while helping individuals find opportunities where they can grow personally and professionally.
