What You’ll Be Doing:
-
Apply powder paint to metal components using a spray gun on a conveyor system
-
Monitor paint application for correct thickness using a standard gauge
-
Report any equipment issues or irregularities to the supervisor
-
Clean spray gun and paint booth regularly as part of daily maintenance
-
Wear a paint suit and successfully pass a respiratory fit test (PFT)

Stand, walk, crouch, and use hands to operate tools throughout your shift
What We’re Looking For:

Prior powder coating experience required

Ability to read, write, and follow written/verbal instructions

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
-
Excellent attendance and reliability
-
Basic math skills and comfort using measuring tools

High school diploma or GED
-
Must be 18+ and able to wear required PPE (safety glasses, steel-toe boots, ear protection)
