Laser Welder
Location: Watseka, IL
Pay: $17.00/hour
Are you ready to spark a new career? We’re looking for motivated individuals to join a local manufacturing team as Laser Welders. No prior laser welding experience? No problem—we’ll train you! All you need is a willingness to learn, great attendance, and an eye for detail.
What You’ll Do:

Set up and operate laser welding equipment to create quality welds that meet customer specifications.

Inspect your own work to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Follow work instructions, maintain documentation, and communicate effectively with your team.

Use basic measuring tools to check work pieces and ensure precision.

Work safely at all times—keeping equipment guards in place and following company safety rules.

Be open to training and developing new skills to grow in your role.
What We’re Looking For:

Ability to read work orders, follow written/verbal instructions, and communicate clearly.

Strong attendance record and reliability.

Basic math skills and comfort with measuring instruments.

Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required—we’re willing to train!

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must be 18 or older to apply.
