Window Rigger/Sawyer – $18+/HR – Paris, IL
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Window Rigger/Sawyer to join our team! If you enjoy hands-on work, working with tools, and being part of a supportive crew, this could be the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Monitor product quality to ensure standards are consistently met

Assemble components according to customer specifications and quality guidelines

Keep work area neat and organized in line with 5S standards

Follow all safety procedures and report potential issues promptly

Assist in other work areas as needed and promote teamwork

Complete production reports and documentation accurately
What You Bring to the Team:

Experience using hand tools (tape measure, air drill, pneumatic tools, fixed straight-cut saw)

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
-
Strong focus and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision

Flexibility to work occasional overtime or additional shifts
-
Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
Job Details:

Pay: $18+/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends off for work-life balance
