A leading metal manufacturing company in Watseka, IL is seeking an EMK Turret Press Operator to join their team. Pay: $18 - $24 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM
What You’ll Be Doing:

Set up and operate an EMK Turret Press to punch, form, and fabricate sheet metal

Select the correct tooling and position it properly for each job

Load metal sheets onto the machine and monitor the bending process

Make necessary adjustments to ensure precision and quality
-
Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime
-
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality

Perform routine maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience operating a turret press in a manufacturing setting

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines

Clear communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Must be able to read and write in English
