Robotic Welder – $18–$20/hour
Location: Williamsport, IN
Schedule: First Shift
We’re looking for a Robotic Welder to join a well-established machine shop in Williamsport, IN! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality parts.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Operate a robotic welder by placing parts into the machine and initiating the weld cycle

Inspect and check weld quality to ensure parts meet specifications

Operate a shop blaster to smooth finishes on completed parts
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What You Bring to the Table:
-
Previous experience in robotic welding, MIG/TIG welding, or quality inspection preferred
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot weld defects
-
Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
-
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
