Fleet Maintenance Technician
2nd Shift | Tuesday–Friday | 4:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.
Pay: $28.95–$34.00/hr + shift differential
$2,000 Sign-On Bonus (based on hours worked)
Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local distribution operation to hire an experienced Fleet Maintenance Technician to support preventative maintenance and repair of fleet equipment and trailers.
Job Responsibilities

Safely perform preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles

Service air conditioning systems, brakes, tires, and complete minor engine repairs
-
Perform trailer maintenance including brakes, tires, and lift gate repairs
-
Maintain accurate inventory control within the parts room
-
Complete required DOT and internal maintenance documentation
-
Follow all safety procedures and compliance standards
Requirements
-
High school diploma or GED required
-
3–5 years of hands-on diesel maintenance experience
-
Experience with Detroit and Cummins engines preferred
-
Strong attention to safety and documentation accuracy
