We are currently seeking a skilled Bank Teller to assist our customers with various banking transactions and inquiries. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service while efficiently and accurately completing account transactions. This position requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Serve customers by completing account transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide account services, including receiving deposits, processing loan payments, cashing checks, issuing savings withdrawals, and recording night and mail deposits.
• Sell cashier’s checks, traveler’s checks, and series E bonds to customers.
• Answer customer inquiries in person or via telephone and refer customers to other bank services as needed.
• Record transactions by logging cashier’s checks, traveler’s checks, and other special services, and prepare currency transaction reports.
• Cross-sell bank products and services by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant offerings.
• Complete special requests, such as closing accounts, taking orders for checks, and exchanging foreign currencies.
• Reconcile cash drawer and maintain accurate records of cash transactions.
• Maintain supplies of cash and currency and adhere to bank operations and security procedures.
• Uphold customer confidentiality and protect bank operations by maintaining strict confidentiality of information.
