Forklift Driver/Drum Filler
Our client in the Rockford area, an oil recycling company, is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator/Drum Filler to join their 1st Shift Team. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance. Previous Forklift experience is required! The hours for this role are Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM with overtime as required and the pay is $17.50.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a sit down forklift to retrieve containers.
- Unload product and goods off trucks.
- Load oil into drums and store in warehouse appropriately.
- Participate in seasonal housekeeping tasks such as shoveling snow outside.
- Work outside in various weather conditions approximately 20% of the time
Requirements:
- Must have sit down forklift experience, at least 1 year.
- Previous manufacturing/industrial/warehouse experience preferred.
- Heavy lifting.
- Team player.
- Maintain good attendance and a strong work ethic.
