Job Full Description
Our client in the Rockford Area is a local sign shop looking for a friendly and organized person to help customers and handle inside sales. If you’re good with people, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a creative environment this could be a great opportunity for you. Hours are M-TH 8am-4:30pm, F 8am-3:30pm, $20-$23 per hour BOE.
Job Duties:

Help customers in person, by phone, and email

Provide quotes and take orders

Keep track of jobs and follow up with customers

Work with our design and production teams

Build relationships with new and repeat customers
What You Need:

Great communication and people skills
-
Sales or customer service experience

Comfortable using a computer
-
Organized and able to multitask
-
Sign or print shop experience is a bonus, but not required
