Building Maintenance
A local apartment complex is currently looking for a Building Maintenance to upkeep and maintain their units! The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM with an hour lunch. This role is for someone who likes to work hands on and in a timely manner. The position requires a background in repairing or building maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Light Plumbing
- Appliance Repair
- Ground Maintenance/Landscaping
- Renovations of units
- Light Carpentry
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or G.E.D.
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Prior Maintenance Experience
- Dependent Upon Drug screening an Background Check
