Job Full Description
We’re seeking a well-rounded machine operator and laborer to work as a Straightener. You'll be joining a close-knit team in the Roscoe area. This is a full-time, first-shift opportunity

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (no weekends!)

Responsibilities:

Bend and straighten rolled thread bar by push/pull method

Read and interpret dial indicators

Ensure materials meet specifications
Qualifications:
-
1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred

Dependable and reliable with strong hand-eye coordination

Ability to push/pull up to 10 lbs. repeatedly

Comfortable reading and working with indicators
