1st Shift Vending Coordinator
Our client in Loves Park, a leading provider of industrial fasteners and supply solutions, is seeking a Vending Coordinator to join their team. In this role you will support manufacturing and service operations through reliable inventory management systems and responsive field support. This position works Mon-Fri 6AM-2:30PM and pay starts at $19 per hour with an increase at hire on. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer cabinets, and other automated inventory solutions on assigned routes.
- Conduct regular onsite visits to customer facilities to replenish stock, audit inventory levels, and maintain bins.
- Build strong relationships with customers by acting as the primary point of contact for vending inventory needs and concerns.
- Analyze usage data and inventory trends to make recommendations that optimize stock levels and reduce shortages or excesses.
- Perform cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
- Coordinate with inside customer service, supply chain, and operations teams to support smooth order fulfillment and inventory planning.
- Provide exceptional customer service, respond to client requests, and communicate updates or changes proactively.
Job Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in inventory management, customer service, route servicing, or vending/warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple accounts and responsibilities.
- Proficiency with inventory systems, basic data analysis, and mobile technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites throughout the day.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
- Familiarity with ERP and inventory software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks related to stocking vending cabinets.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.
