Pay and Hours for Customer Service Rep:
- $18 - $20/hour
- 8 am - 5 pm
- Monday - Friday
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Rep:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Support retail sales operations and process customer transactions as needed
Requirements of the Customer Service Rep
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2–3 years of customer service, administrative, or office experience required
- Proficient with basic computer programs and data entry
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
