Job Full Description
Now hiring for production across core operations: heat treat line loading, unloading, and pull, clean up, box stack, dip paint, hang and paint, assembly, and grinding. Reports to the Production Supervisor.
What you'll do:
- Provide production labor in assigned work areas and assist with production setup
- Work safely and follow company health and safety policies
- Work as part of a team toward company production standards
- Participate in first part and hourly quality audits
- Bring performance improvement ideas to your supervisor
Requirements:
- Able to lift 50 pounds, sometimes repetitively, throughout the shift
- Able to reach overhead and work standing, stooping, and kneeling; pushing, pulling, bending, and climbing
- Dexterous use of both hands and good corrected vision
- Able to work in above-average temperatures (100+ degrees)
- Able to work with minimum supervision after receiving job instructions
- Positive, respectful attitude and the ability to learn manufacturing operations and technology
- High school diploma or GED preferred
