Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Russell, KS
Job Description:
We are seeking motivated Production Workers for a physically demanding, entry-level position in Russell, KS. This role offers two distinct opportunities:
Yard Worker (Outdoor):
- Load and unload rail cars.
- Move rail cars using specialized equipment.
- Operate forklifts and skid steers.
- Perform tasks involving heavy lifting, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
Gluten Worker (Indoor):
- Manage and monitor machinery in a non-climate-controlled, dusty environment.
- Perform basic maintenance as needed.
- Work with flour and other materials, frequently moving between multiple levels of the machinery to ensure proper operation.
- Requires climbing and walking for much of the shift.
Schedule:
- Rotating shifts: 2 weeks on nights, 2 weeks on days.
- 12-hour shifts, standing and active throughout the entire shift.
Pay Rate: $21/HR
