Essential Duties & Physical Requirements
- Perform general labor, material handling, loading/unloading, and production support.
- Operate equipment and basic hand tools as needed.
- Lift, move, stack, and handle materials; occasional lifting of 50+ lbs.
- Perform frequent bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and standing.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow work instructions, measure/count materials, and complete basic records.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced indoor/outdoor environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
Qualifications
- Entry-level; previous experience helpful but not required.
- Basic math, reading, and communication skills.
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to follow directions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
