We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to work at multiple apartment complexes in Lawrence. Ideal candidate will have past property maintenance experience. If you have pool maintenance experience, even better! You will be handling minor maintenance and repair issues with apartments, commercial properties, apartment grounds, and pools. This is a Monday-Friday 8a-5p position. Candidates must have a valid DL, good driving record, and cell phone for this position.
