Express Employment Professionals in Lawrence, Kansas are seeking a Full Time Assistant Manager for a great local client. As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, Daily Operations of staff management and scheduling, supply orders, train employees, customer service, dough making and baking. Hours will be 7:30a-5p Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday. Average work week will be 40-50 hours per week.
