Express Professionals in Lawrence, Kansas are seeking a general Maintenance Technician for a local apartment community for turnover work. Must be able to fix small issues such as washer/dyers, toilets, sinks, rehanging blinds, towel racks, hanging doors, cabinets, etc. Will need to have an assortment of screwdrivers, pliers. wrenches.
