Key Responsibilities
Call Handling & Verification
- Answer inbound calls and verify security information to ensure you are speaking with the correct member.
- Maintain professionalism and a pleasant tone during each interaction.
Tax Form Assistance
- Explain when members can expect to receive their 1099 forms.
- Provide step-by-step guidance on how to access 1099 forms through the member portal.
- Answer questions regarding the location of specific information on the 1099.
Member Account Support
- Assist members with creating an online account, resetting passwords, or unlocking accounts.
- Walk members through the login or account recovery process.
Documentation
- Accurately log call details, including member concerns, instructions provided, and any actions taken.
- Follow organizational procedures to ensure consistent and compliant documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong customer-service focus.
- Attention to detail

- Consistently professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Fast learner with ability to adapt quickly to processes and updates.
