Skilled Maintenance Worker
We are seeking a reliable Skilled Maintenance Worker to perform general maintenance and repair work for apartment buildings and equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems; completing preventive maintenance; and responding to repair requests.
Requirements:
