Job Full Description
- 1 Year Experience as a Laser Operator Required.
- Clearing laser parts off of laser table, labeling parts with part # and work codes.
- Loading and offloading sheets of material with crane to and from laser tables.
- Retrieving material as needed for laser operators.
- Unloading stock material from semi-trucks and restocking material racks.
- Taking scrap material to dumpster
- Taking completed parts to other departments for next process.
- Cleaning parts that come off the laser table, detabbing, deburring the edges.
- Putting parts in the tumbler and taking parts out of tumbler
- Keeping outside area organized, debris free
- Weekly/monthly clean out of machines
- Lifting up to 40 lbs.
This is a very physical job
1st shift Mon. - Thurs. 5:00 am -3:30pm
Some Friday work about once a month 5:00 -1pm
