📞 Business Development Coordinator (BDC)

📈 The Business Development Coordinator (BDC) is responsible for:

  • Generating and managing sales leads

  • Improving customer engagement

  • Driving traffic to the dealership

💬 This role involves:

  • Responding to online inquiries

  • Making outbound calls

  • Setting appointments

  • Following up with potential customers to ensure a high level of service and conversion

🤝 The BDC works closely with the sales team to:

  • Ensure a smooth handoff

  • Contribute to growing the dealership’s customer base and reputation

🔹 Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
🔹 Previous experience in automotive or sales environments preferred
🔹 Comfortable with phone, email, and digital communication platforms
