Job Full Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Specialist for our client in Richmond Kentucky. This role is essential to maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter bills into our billing software
Record credit card charges in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Review and post other credit card charges to correct accounts
Add and remove jobs and costs in third-party software
Update utility payments in QBO

Qualifications:

Experience with QuickBooks Online
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Familiarity with billing and accounting processes
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
