Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements

Inspect and top off vehicle fluid levels as needed

Check and adjust tire pressures

Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts

Keep the shop area clean, organized, and safe

Maintain accountability for dealership-owned tools and manuals
-
Operate tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
-
Test-drive vehicles and operate diagnostic equipment as needed
-
Assist with diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing automotive systems (engine, transmission, brakes, steering, suspension, electrical, A/C, etc.)

Document and complete work as outlined on repair orders, following all dealership and factory standards

Communicate directly with Service Advisors regarding additional services needed

Provide accurate time estimates for additional repairs

Perform warranty work to manufacturer specifications

Entry-level experience preferred; eagerness to learn and grow required

Basic knowledge of automotive diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair is preferred

Strong physical dexterity and the ability to work with tools

Positive, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills

Punctual, reliable, and able to collaborate in a team environment

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Basic computer skills
-
Willingness to learn new technology and procedures

Excellent customer service skills and a desire to grow in the automotive field
