Key Responsibilities

Customer Outreach & Appointment Setting

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, emails, and digital leads related to service inquiries
• Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with customers regarding maintenance reminders, declined services, and missed appointments
• Confirm upcoming service appointments to ensure show rates

Customer Retention & Growth

• Re-engage inactive service customers to drive return visits
• Promote recommended maintenance, service specials, and dealership programs
• Support customer loyalty and retention initiatives
• Ensure a positive, professional first impression of the dealership

Lead & Data Management

• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM and DMS
• Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment goals

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with Service Advisors, Managers, and Parts teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Communicate customer needs, concerns, and appointment details clearly to the service team
• Support department goals through consistent follow-up and communication

Qualifications

• Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive experience preferred (not required)
• Strong phone, text, and email communication skills
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to multitask and manage high call and lead volume
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
