General Labor in Winchester, KY
We are seeking motivated General Laborers to support daily operations at a busy recycling and scrap yard facility in Winchester, KY. This is a hands-on position for individuals who are dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist with general yard cleanup including trash removal, sweeping, and mopping
-Help organize materials and perform copper stripping duties
-Move between tasks throughout the shift as needed
-Follow directions and complete tasks in a timely manner
-Work independently with minimal supervision or as part of a team
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work Environment:
-MUST be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
-Position involves frequent walking and movement throughout the yard
-Some tasks may involve standing for long periods, while others may involve occasional sitting
-Industrial scrap/recycling yard environment
Qualifications:
-Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift
-Self-motivated with strong work ethic
-Ability to follow directions and transition between tasks efficiently
-Dependable attendance and reliable transportation required
-Previous labor or outdoor work experience preferred but not required
