Job Full Description
We are currently hiring Production Team Members for a metal recycling/manufacturing facility in Paris, KY. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a rotating schedule.
Schedule:
12-hour rotating schedule (2 on / 3 off / 3 on / 2 off)
- Day Shift: 5:45 AM – 5:45 PM ($17.50/hr)
- Night Shift: 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM ($18.25/hr)
(Training is completed on 1st shift. Final shift placement determined after training.)
Job Duties:
- Support production operations and assist with material handling
- Perform general labor duties including cleaning and organizing work areas
- Assist with equipment and production processes
- Maintain safety and quality standards at all times
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a hot, physically demanding industrial environment
- Strong attendance and reliability required
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
