Job Full Description
Maintenance Laborer - 1st Shift
Location: Georgetown, KY
Schedule: Saturday - Tuesday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $19.00/hr
Job Duties:
- Assist with general maintenance projects throughout the facility
- Perform painting and touch-up work as needed
- Support 5S initiatives by maintaining clean, organized work areas
- Assist with preventive maintenance tasks on equipment
- Learn and perform basic maintenance procedures on Wheelabrator equipment
- Complete housekeeping and facility upkeep tasks
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance, construction, painting, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, climb stairs, and remain on feet throughout the shift
- Willingness to learn preventive maintenance procedures
- Strong attendance and safety awareness
Work Environment:
- Industrial manufacturing environment located inside Toyota
- Must be comfortable working around machinery and production equipment
- Requires the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hard hat, hearing protection, and other required safety gear
- Must follow all Toyota and MacLellan safety policies and procedures
- Position may involve working in varying temperatures and around dust, paint, and maintenance-related materials
