Job Summary
We are seeking dependable individuals for an Industrial Water Blaster position in a manufacturing environment. This is a physically demanding role responsible for cleaning industrial equipment and work areas using specialized high-pressure water blasting equipment.
Responsibilities
- Operate industrial water blasting equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean machinery, equipment, and work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work closely with team members and spotters during blasting operations
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements
- Must be at least 170 lbs due to equipment and safety requirements
- Ability to lift, bend, climb, and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in industrial environments and around machinery
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Valid driver's license preferred
PPE Required
Employees will be required to wear extensive PPE, including steel-toe boots, hard hats, face shields, safety glasses, and other protective equipment provided for the position.
Ideal Candidate
This position is best suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable with physically demanding tasks, and take safety seriously. Previous industrial, construction, labor, maintenance, or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
