Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Site Foreman to oversee daily field operations on construction projects. The Foreman will supervise crews, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety compliance, maintain quality standards, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct construction crews on a daily basis.
- Coordinate work activities with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
- Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce company safety policies.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or issues.
- Maintain quality control standards throughout all phases of construction.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction documents.
- Track labor hours, materials, equipment usage, and daily production.
- Assist with scheduling manpower and resources to meet project deadlines.
- Communicate project updates, concerns, and milestones to management.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; construction-related training preferred.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of construction supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with construction management software and mobile technology is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements
