Production Supervisor – 2nd Shift

Are you an experienced manufacturing leader looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations on 2nd shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and support production team leaders and associates.
- Monitor daily production to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met.
- Troubleshoot production delays, quality concerns, and safety issues.
- Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to team members.
- Promote teamwork, continuous improvement (Kaizen), and a positive work environment.
- Work closely with other departments to maintain efficient production flow.
- Assist with employee evaluations, coaching, and staffing needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree or related certifications preferred.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience using hand measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Must be comfortable spending the majority of the shift on the production floor leading and supporting employees.
