Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of coffee, merchandise, and supplies
Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
Pick Pack to send to Franchise stores
Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and well-organized
Rotate stock to ensure freshness and proper product flow
Assist with weekly inventory audits and restocking
Operate pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment (training provided)
Support store operations with occasional delivery or transfer of goods
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Previous warehouse, stockroom, or inventory experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
