Job Details

The Janitor is responsible for cleaning and maintaining dealership facilities, including showrooms, offices, customer waiting areas, restrooms, service areas, and exterior grounds. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our dealership always looks its best for customers and staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the dealership.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and showroom surfaces.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, displays, and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer lounges and waiting areas.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Assist with seasonal grounds maintenance, including litter pickup and basic landscaping tasks.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or repair needs to management.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
